Ed Kahm

President

Ed has more than 20 years in construction management, with an emphasis on commercial tenant improvements and building renovations. Ed's leadership, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability make him a contributing element to any construction project team.


Ed has been with Omega General Contractors since its inception in 2008 managing various projects including class A construction, industrial, mixed-use, and long-term facilities support contracts. He helps oversee the day-to-day operations of Omega General Contractors and has been key in securing long-term partnerships and contracts with clients.

VP/Business Development

Bill is an innovative executive with extensive business development experience having worked for several companies and startups.


Leadership role as the VP of Business Development and has worked with Developers, Asset/Property Managers, and cultivating strong relationships.


Exceptional communicator focused on building relationships and promoting collaboration to drive impactful change.

Michael Weiman

Business Operations Manager

Michael joined Omega in November of 2021. He has 20-plus years of experience in operations and values the customer's experience. He is a driven individual, who leads by example, and is always looking to drive waste out of processes, using lean operational excellence tools. He is responsible for improving safety, quality, performance, and productivity through effective methods and strategies. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

Bruce Rugg

Sr. Project Manager

Bruce has over 30 years of construction experience, in commercial tenant improvements as well Ground Up projects. Bruce has professional, experienced in all phases of commercial construction and the development process. Bruce demonstrates success in delivering projects on-time and under budget; strengths include leadership, safety, project scheduling, management, and customer relations.

Brenda Collins

Kyle Gold

Division Manager

Kyle has 15 years of experience in the construction industry and specializes in executive meetings and technology spaces. Kyle has a long history of excellent customer service. Kyle will provide supervision on Omega and subcontractor SOWs and oversees day-to-day project operations. Kyle will keep track of the division's overall progress, quality, safety, and budgets for this project. One of Kyle's major roles is customer service. He values each partnership and takes pride in all of his work.

Nik Basgall

Superintendent

Nikolas has been a Superintendent at Omega for over 4 years and has 20 years of experience in the construction trades. Some of the projects that he has been on over the years have included high-rise buildings, T.I. work, commercial, residential, heavy civil, medical, and service work. He also has completed many projects as a licensed 06 electrician and administrator including fiber optics, fire alarms, data, DAS, security, audio video, and HVAC controls.

Sr. Estimator

Ed has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Starting with framing and developing his skills through the trades, bringing his project management skills through a thorough knowledge of the job. With job experience from small tenant improvements to large ground-up developments, Ed's skill set has a vast base of experience. Working with private, government, and large companies, he has developed a refined set of skills to communicate with clients and bring projects in on time and on budget. Specialty projects including occupied remodels, escalated schedules, and special construction are his specialty.

Austin Clark

Project Engineer

Austin has been assisting with all projects at Omega as well as day-to-day operations. He worked in construction before attending Central Washington University where he completed a Bachelor's degree in Safety & Health Management with minors in Business & Communications. Austin has a can-do attitude and is eager to learn about the construction industry.

Phu Ly

Project Engineer

Phu has supported various Omega projects, including RFIs, submittals, subcontracts, change orders, communications, and everyday operations. He graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor's degree in Finance. He then worked in the commercial solar construction industry for two years as a Senior Project Engineer. Phu is deadline-driven and motivated to learn about the commercial construction industry.
